Ingredients
dried red chillis 28%, lemongrass, garlic, shallot, salt, kaffir lime peel, galangal, spices (coriander seeds, cumin powder)
Preparation
Stir well 50 g curry paste with 2 teaspoon vegetable oil in a pan and warm gently. Add 400 ml of coconut milk and stir well. Add 250 g of any meat and 60 g eggplants, each in pieces and cook them until done. Season to taste. Serve with rice.
