Ingredients
wheat flour, modified starch, soy sauce powder (defatted soy beans, salt, wheat, dextrin, salt), baking powder, thickener alginic acid

Preparation
Okonomiyaki: Mix the flour with water in a bowl. Put egg, cooked meat and vegetables in the batter and mix them. Heat a pan and add oil in it. Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a circle. Cook both sides to get them golden brown on the surface.
Takoyaki: Put water, the flour and eggs into a bowl and mix them. Heat a Takoyaki maker and add oil to each hole. Fill them up halfway with the batter and add the ingredients. Top up the holes with the batter and bake for about 2 min. Poke the outside of the balls with a skewer and flip over. Keep rotating the balls for about 4 min, until golden brown.
