Preparation
Marinate 1 kg meat or seafood in 150 ml Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade for 3 hours (15 minutes for seafood). Place on skewers and grill, turning from time to time. Alternatively you may also cook the meat on a griddle, a shallow frying pan or in the oven.
