How to Use This Product

  1. Cut 300 g of chicken into cubes. Marinate with a pinch of salt, cooking wine, potato starch, a little water, and egg white. Mix well.
  2. Slice 120 g of spring onions.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chicken and fry over low to medium heat until nearly cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the remaining oil, stir-fry dried chili, Sichuan pepper, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the seasoning packet, cooked peanuts, spring onions, and a little starch slurry. Stir-fry for another 30 seconds until well coated.
  7. Serve hot.
