Preparation
Add water and 2g of salt to a pot and bring to a boil. Immerse the diced tofu in the boiling water, boil for 1 minute and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat, add the minced meat and stir fry until brown. Add the meat to the pot with tofu, add 300 ml of water and bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes, the dish is now ready to be served.
