Ingredients
Instant tapioca pearls: water, tapioca starch, sugar, modified tapioca starch, colour E150d, brown sugar, flavouring, stabilizer E466, sequestrant gluconolactone, gelling agent xanthan, acids lactic acid, malic acid
Syrup: maltose, water, sugar, brown sugar, instant coffee powder 2,46%, flavouring, emulsifier E481, preservative potassium sorbate, thickeners E466, E415    

Preparation
Pour 30 g of syrup in a cup or glass. Cut open the pack with tapioca pearls and microwave 15 seconds, then add to the cup. Add 150 ml of milk and 80 g of ice cubes. Stir well.
