Creamy Caramel Dessert Leche Flan Mix 500 g - Miguelitos

refined sugar, non-diary creamer (glucose syrup, coconut oil, sodium caseinate, distilled monoglyceride, stabilizer E340, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide), skimmed milk powder, firming agent carrageenan, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, artificial custard flavour, artificial food colour E102

Preparation
Caramel syrup:
In a sauce pan, pour 1 cup of white sugar and caramelize on medium heat for 4 minutes or until golden brown in colour. Stir from time to time to dissolve the sugar. once golden-brown colour is achieved, turn off heat and rest for 2 minutes. Gradually pour 1 cup of water into the pan (Caution: be careful of splashes while pouring water). Turn on stove and set to medium heat then slowly mix thy syrup for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Turn off heat. Pour 1-2 tbsp of syrup on each molder. Set aside to cool.

Leche Flan procedure:
In a bowl, dissolve 1 pack of Miguelitos Leche Flan in 3 cups of water 750 ml, 6 large egg yolks, 2 cans of condensed milk 720 ml and 2 cans of evaporated milk 740 ml. Mix until combined then strain mixture 2 times. Pour on a non-stick pan then cook on medium-low heat while constantly stirring for 20 minutes. Turn off heat. Pour 1 cup of mixture in each leche flan molder and cover with foil. Rest for 15 minutes then chill for 3-4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
