Preparation
For Masa: Mix 2,5 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 cups of flour P.A.N. Knead for 2 minutes and let rest 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 10 portions. Form balls of dough and flatten them with your hands until you obtain discs of about 10 cm. Cook in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Open and fill to taste.
