Tomato Sauce Filipino Style 200 g - UFC

Example of use
Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add bananas and fry until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add potatoes and fry until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Using the remaining oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add fish sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour water and UFC Tomato Sauce then bring to a boil. Cover and cook in medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add potatoes and cook until tender. Add green beans, chorizo de bilbao, garbanzos and bananas then cook until tender. Add cabbage and pechay, cook for another 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Put salt and pepper to taste. Serve
