Preparation
Cooking direction (4 servings): Mix 1 tablespoon vegetable oil with 60 g paste. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add 480 ml coconut milk and 100 g cooked fish or 140 g can tuna. Bring to a simmer. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with vermicelli, pickled leaf mustard, bean sprrouts and fresh vegetables.
