Usage
Add a small amount on meat, rice or noodles and vegetables to soften, add flavor or keep vegetables color. It is usually used as an additive. Do not use in high amount. Do not drink it. Use 1 teaspoon for 100 g flour and 3 cup water to make noodle dough.
