Ingredients
water, vegetables and fruit 25% (potato, carrot, onion), wheat flour, edible oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil), sugar, roasted onion, potato paste (potato, vegetable oils (palm oil, rice oil)), modified potato starch, curry powder 1,1% (turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, cumin, spices), yeast extract, salt, tomato paste, onion powder, colouring: E150a, spices (cardamom, nutmeg, fennel, clove, star anise, ginger, celery seeds, mustard seeds), roasted garlic

Preparation
Boiling water: Place unopened pouch directly into a pot of boiling water, boil uncovered for 3-5 mins. Carefully remove pouch from boiling water. Cut pouch openand pour contents over rice or noodles.
Microwave oven: Cut pouch open and pour contents into microwave-safe casserole. Do not microwave the pouch. The pouch is not microwave safe. Cover and cook on High 1 minute or until hot, and let stand 30 seconds. Carefully remove casserole from microwave and serve over rice or noodles. Handle with care as heated contents mat spill. Since microwave wattage varies, adjust cooking time accordingly.
