Gyoza dumplings with Pork & Vegetables 600 g - Bibigo

Ingredients
cabbage 27%, pork meat and fat 22%, wheat flour, water, onions 7%, spring onion 2%, soy sauce 2% (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), garlic 2%, tofu (soybeans, water, firming agent (magnesium chloride)), tapioca starch, yeast extract, textured soy protein, wheat gluten, salt, sugar, spices, sesame oil, rapeseed oil

Preparation
Pan fry: Pour 3 tbsp of oil into a pan and heat it up. Place 7-8 frozen dumplings and pan fry them for about 7 minutes till all sides are golden brown.
Deep fry: Heat up the oil up to 180 °C. Gently put in 7-8 frozen dumplings and deep fry for 3 minutes till the surface turns golden brown.

Storage
