Preparation
You need 400 g of Chinese noodles, 200 g of chicken or pork, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil, 25 g of Bami Goreng spice (swelled for 10 minutes in hot water). Cook the noodles "al dente" and drain. Season the meat with pepper and salt and fry it in oil until it turns light brown. Add the Bami Goreng spice and noodles. Stir well.
